You can already see what’s going to happen tonight by reviewing what’s happened the last several days. Democrats have coordinated their talking points to paint all Republicans as right wing nuts whose wins tonight will be short term gain, long term pain for the party. It is a sad state of affairs when the Vice President of the United States yesterday said all Republicans are extremists — and they think we have a civility problem.

Their strategy is the one that’s short-sighted. It tells me they just don’t get it — they’re missing the message Americans are sending to their elected leaders. They want less name calling and blaming, less government spending, smarter government policy, and a preservation of the ability to achieve the American Dream. And that’s why I think you’re likely to see GOP wins in Virgnia, New Jersey and NY-23, as well as some of the important judicial races, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
